I was a little hesitant to order from Teak HQ because, at the time I ordered, there were a limited number of reviews, but I was impressed when someone called me back right away to answer my questions, that I placed my order for this set. The quality and beauty of this set exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was personable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend ordering from Teak HQ and this set is truly gorgeous!

I purchased this table for it's versatility. It arrived in good shape and is the quality I was hoping for. Very heavy and the drop leaves have some sort of locking mechanism so they stay open. There is also a nice looking metal plug to put in the center hole if you aren't using an umbrella.
I received my table and chairs at the end of November so I haven't actually used them yet. I can tell, however, that they are good quality. I applied the teak sealer during which I opened and closed and adjusted the chars quite a bit and they were all in great condition. I wanted chairs that didn't require cushions and could be stored away easily. They are comfortable and fold up nicely and I think they will suit my needs well.
The instructions failed to indicate the position of the chair back portion of the two seater bench. The label is on the back of the component. My previous wood benches had markings on the front of the chair back. Some of the holes were drilled too deep for the hardware. It required some manipulation to keep the locking component in place to receive the screw to keep the wood components secured. After repairing the spindle on the chair back the finished product looks good and is comfortable.
We're sorry that the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been and we will be sure to pass on this information to the supplier but are glad that the product worked out for you in the end and that you are happy with it!

Needed a bar height larger table for the lanai. We wanted the option of a rounded drop leaf to alleviate blocking the traffic from door to door. This table is perfect. Quality and craftsmanship are worth the price. Delivered in tact and assembled. So thrilled!

They are brighter than I expected and they have a very nice finish (don't look cheap, like most garden lanterns!). The ambiance they create on our back patio is truly breathtaking! (Best of all they were free with my patio set... THANKS!!!)

Cushions are great delivered on time without issue. Only concern was the color did not match the original.
Bought these for me and my husband to sit outside on our patio. The cushions are comfortable and supportive and we love the adjustable foot rest. We got the moss color which matched perfectly with our other furniture. would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality steamer!
