SHIPPING IS FREE within mainland USA during the current sales event! Shipping times will vary depending on the items ordered and the location we are shipping to. Some items are in stock and ready to ship immediately, but others may be on backorder and may take several weeks to ship. We will stay in close contact with you to make sure you are aware of when your teak furniture should arrive. We will email you a receipt when you order & will email you again if there are any shipping delays. Further emails will come when your item has shipped & tracking information is available.
For shipments outside of the contiguous US, you must contact us for a custom quote before placing an order.
Most items in our store will ship freight and not through a regular carrier such as UPS or FedEx. In these situations, you will be contacted by the contracted freight company to schedule your delivery. Because of the value of the teak furniture, you are required to be present for the delivery. We pay a lift gate fee on your behalf, so the driver will unload the pallet(s) containing all of your boxes and place it outside wherever you direct them (such as your doorstep or your garage).
VERY IMPORTANT: Once you sign the delivery receipt that the truck driver presents to you, the shipment is considered a "clear delivery" and insurance claims are nearly impossible to win. That is why you must inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign for it. If the package appears to be damaged, take pictures BEFORE you open it. After pictures have been taken, open your package and check for damage to the product(s). If there are no damages, sign for the shipment. If there is damage to the product(s) please take additional pictures and REFUSE DELIVERY! If you receive a shipment with multiple packages, ONLY the damaged package must be refused. If a delivery receipt has been signed for a product that is damaged, you will not be entitled to a replacement product and the compensation you will receive will be determined by the results of the shipping damage claim. But again, freight claims that have signed delivery receipts will very rarely see a positive outcome.
