Arrived well packed. Table is as described and well made. A little teak oil really made the wood shine.

Chair problem

With my initial order, I had one chair seat that wouldn’t fit. It took numerous calls and suggestions by them till they finally understood that the product simply didn’t fit. They sent me a replacement seat that was installed by me in five minutes. My only suggestion is that they be a little bit more attentive to patrons who have problems with installation.

This is a wonderful product

FYI, if you have to assemble chairs or table to fit should be easy. One of the chairs was difficult and turned out to be impossible. The company eventually replaced the seat part, but it took some negotiation to get this done.

Chairs are ok, shipping website accuracy is meh.

Chairs are good, price was a little more than I think they’re worth. Website is deceptive, with inaccurate shipping estimates. When I mentioned this to customer service, they didn’t bother changing it or fixing their errors. If you need something quick from this company, I really recommend calling them first. Just because it says it’s “in stock, ready to ship” doesn’t mean they have it in stock or it’s ready to ship. Call them or find a company with more accurate advertisements.

It works

The teak cleaner works beautifully ,I tried white vinegar but no good ,the teak cleaner does the job .I used teak sealer and the teak is a nice honey color .I will be using it again.
