Teak Rocker Chair - Del-Amo

I ordered an XL Teak storage box. Overall, it is very nice solid piece with a good lift mechanism, but definitely requires two people to put it together. Unfortunately, some of the rubber gasket on the lid that makes it waterproof is separating. Also about two weeks after we bought it a large crack appeared in the front panel. When I communicated this to Teak HQ they told me I’d have to deal directly with the manufacturer because of the shipping weight, so we’ll see how that goes?

Arrived well packed. Table is as described and well made. A little teak oil really made the wood shine.

With my initial order, I had one chair seat that wouldn’t fit. It took numerous calls and suggestions by them till they finally understood that the product simply didn’t fit. They sent me a replacement seat that was installed by me in five minutes. My only suggestion is that they be a little bit more attentive to patrons who have problems with installation.

FYI, if you have to assemble chairs or table to fit should be easy. One of the chairs was difficult and turned out to be impossible. The company eventually replaced the seat part, but it took some negotiation to get this done.

I waited to buy this but then didn’t like how fast my new table was weathering so I finally bought it. So glad we did. What a difference. I look at the table daily and smile!

The teak cleaner works beautifully ,I tried white vinegar but no good ,the teak cleaner does the job .I used teak sealer and the teak is a nice honey color .I will be using it again.
